Linear Power Tracks for a Smooth and Accurate Parts Feeding Process

Linear power tracks are used to convey oriented parts from a vibratory bowl feeder to their next processing point. We at Vibratory Feeders Inc. (VFI) specialize in designing and manufacturing standard and custom linear power tracks for various industrial applications. Our power track products are designed to support a smooth feeding process while providing accurate track alignment.

Standard Linear Power Track Types

In our standard product line, we at VFI provide two types of linear power tracks – the ‘M’ Series and the ‘S’ Series. The ‘M’ Series models are designed for applications, where the requirements are small sized tracks with products of lesser weight. The ‘S’ Series is designed for applications, where the power track has to support feeding of large and heavy components.

In both series, the linear power tracks are mounted directly on the drive unit with entrance and exit overhangs. The dimension of the exit overhang is twice that of the entrance overhang.

• ‘M’ Series: We provide four models with the following range of specifications:
  • Track Length: From 8-12 to 20-26
  • Maximum Track Weight: From 1 1/2 lbs. to 3 lbs
  • Track Mounting Bar Length: 6 1/4 to 8 1/4
  • Total Weight: Between 6 and 21 lbs


• ‘S’ Series: We provide four models with the following range of specifications:
  • Track Length: From 16-26 to 42-53
  • Maximum Track Weight: Between 10 lbs. to 25 lbs
  • Track Mounting Bar Length: 14 to 41
  • Total Weight: Between 44 lbs. and 117 lbs.
